The Kentucky State Fair has a long tradition of showcasing and rewarding Kentuckians who excel in various fields of hobbies and trade. Thousands of awards are bestowed annually in categories such as fine arts, crafts, and agriculture. The largest State Fair competitive entry department continues to be agriculturally-based, an acknowledgment to Kentucky’s largest industry and esteemed history.

Information for the 2012 Entry Department should be updated by April 15.
Online entry will be available after May 1.

General Entries	Exhibitors may print out the appropriate form, fill out by hand and mail/fax to the Kentucky State Fair Entry Department with the appropriate fees. OR Exhibitors may open the appropriate entry form, fill out on their computer and print the form and mail/fax into the Kentucky State Fair Entry Department with the appropriate fees. Please note that you will not be able to save this form on your computer, you must print it out. If you would like to enter online, please go to ‘Entries’ and go to the tab that says “Enter Online”.
